These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the special website “Digital Etiquette for Teens” (hereinafter referred to as “this Website”), which is managed and operated by the Content Overseas Distribution Association (CODA) (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”). By using this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of the contents of these Terms. Please note that these Terms may be changed without prior notice when deemed necessary. Therefore, please check this page for the latest version before using this Website.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. ① These Terms apply to all relationships concerning the use of this Website between users of this Website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and the Association.
  2. ② In addition to these Terms, the Association may establish various rules and guidelines regarding the use of this Website (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Provisions”). These Individual Provisions, regardless of their title, shall form part of these Terms.

    2. ② When it becomes difficult to operate this Website due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
    3. ③ When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
    4. ④ When the Association otherwise deems the operation of this Website to be difficult
